Chocolate Creamy Avocado Pudding


  • 2 medium ripe avocados, pitted and with the meat cut out

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup dairy-free or regular milk, unsweetened

  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Coconut whip cream (optional)

  • Shaved dark chocolate (optional)

Prepare Like So:

1) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until very smooth.

2) Chill for at least 4 hours.

3) To serve, top with whipped coconut cream and shaved chocolate (optional).

*Lasts for up to 4 days in the fridge.
