Hi, I’m Sara, founder of Nourish North.
I’m a certified nutrition, fitness, menopause and mindset coach who believes health should feel supportive, not stressful. After years of working with clients, one thing became clear: most people aren’t failing. They’re just following advice that doesn’t fit their body or their life.
I have a special passion for helping women navigate midlife health because this stage often comes with big changes that are poorly explained and rarely supported. But the foundation of my work - personalized nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle support - benefits anyone who wants to feel better in their body.
