How It Works
Step 1: Free Discovery Call
We talk about what's going on, what you've tried, and what's getting in the way. Plus, we see how we jive in a working relationship.
Step 2: Booking + Intake
We schedule our first intake meeting. In the meantime, you receive an online intake form where I zero in on your needs plus, you create a diet diary for me to view and analyze.
Step 3: Our first meeting! + Personalized Plan Development
We review your intake + diet diary. I dig deeper into everything that makes you YOU! From there, I develop a personalized plan tailored to your exact needs, body, goals, and life.

Lastly, we meet to tweak ongoing coaching including support, education, and adjustments as your body changes
